Im the classic sudden anger case. I accumulate and accumulate, then one day I explode. It happens every now and then, not too often but its not pretty when it does. And the worst past it I always let it out on those I love the most and I donīt want this to continue =(. I cant seem to stop once I get started, I need to let everything out... Any advice? Thank you

I dont know if this is useful or not. I do have bipolar, but have always felt this way. I bottle everything up then someone I know that I am close too would say something to piss me off and I would lose it. At the moment if I am at work doing a task and one of my collegues interrupts me to do something else, I just want to scream at them to fuck off and leave me alone!! I find the best thing is to ask them to wait or tell them that I am busy at the moment but will be there when I am finished what I am doing. Guess you have to kind of think of things to say in advance so you can avoid hurting others.
