Ok your not a freak so just let that thought go. You have a right to be who you are and not live your life in a lie. If she can't love you for who you are then she doesn't love you does she but something she wants you to be. I am truly sorry that your gf has issues but you faking your life will not help her in the long run - she needs to deal with her issues and you can support her but only as yourself. Maybe your the guy who can show her not all guys are abusive (I'm assuming that's the ideas behind this not knowing more than what its in this thread so apologies if that is out of line). I think if your afraid to be yourself in case you loose some one then that person doesn't deserve you in the first place.
